Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D is required.The role involves designing visual assets, social media creatives, and videos while ensuring brand consistency.
Job Responsibility:
- Create high-quality 2D designs, motion graphics, and visual assets for corporate communications, digital platforms, and marketing projects.
- Design graphic assets such as illustrations, icons, infographics, and social media creatives to support multimedia and marketing content.
- Edit and enhance video content for marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
- Develop basic 3D visuals or assets when required for website or marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and quality standards.

The role involves creating and managing diverse scientific marketing materials, including presentations, reports, videos, and digital content. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality output. Responsibilities include updating marketing collateral, analyzing content gaps, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates have a scientific background with 2–5 years of experience in scientific marketing or pharma communications, along with strong communication and presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and review a diverse range of marketing materials, including brochures, capability decks, reports, presentations, videos, conference material and digital assets.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, scientific, and business development teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and specific project requirements.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to support content, design and print requirements.
- Provide content for all required marketing collateral and communication assets.
- Analyze customer needs and identify content or material gaps; recommend new topics and content formats as appropriate.
- Strategically update the company website and other marketing collaterals, on a periodic basis.
- Support other marketing, content writing, and content research tasks as required.
- Carry out additional assignments or responsibilities as delegated from time to time.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific field.
- Additional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in scientific marketing, technical writing, content marketing, or pharma communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Ability to simplify complex topics into business-friendly language.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and content creation.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
